The apartment is rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

In case of renting for multiple weeks, weekly cleaning and linen change will be performed on Saturday, between 12:00 and 16:00.

The weekly cost of the apartment is 1750€

(250€ / Day -assuming 5 guests it means 50€ / Day for each one)

The minimum stay is 3 nights (750€)

The apartment is equipped with garage that can host up to 2 card.
In the event of a car or scooter rent through Brent the cost is 210 €

Terms & Condition

To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total cost, calculated based on the chosen services, needs to be paid in advance.

In addition, a security deposit is requested, which will be returned if no defects or damage are found at the moment of Check Out inspection.

The portion of the security deposit for the apartment is 300 €.

No later than 5 working days before the stay the full amount must be visible on the current account Brent otherwise the booking will be automatically canceled and the share of advance paid lost.
